ROY'S LODGE IS situated 15 min east of Pretoria and approx 50 min or less to all hubs, soccer stadiums & airports in the Johannesburg & Pretoria areas.(O.R. Tambo Int, Lanseria, Grand Central, Wonderboom airports, Soccer city, Menlyn shopping centre, Sandton shopping centre, Coca-Cola Park, Loftus Versfeld, etc.).
Day visitors are welcome to watch games on big screen, functions & meals, etc.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in 9 en-suite chalets plus 4 large en suite guest rooms = 13 en-suite sleeping units. The Lodge can accommodate a total of 35 guests in standard configuration in the:

  • 9 chalets x 3 guests plus 4 guestrooms x 2 guests = 35 guests /or:
  • 47 guests if 1 extra bed per chalet & a 3rd person per existing bed configuration in 3 of the guestrooms, which is normally used for extra guests/children etc.(9 x4 plus 4x 3 = 47 guests)
The chalets comprise of 2 bedrooms with a full en-suite bathroom in the middle of the 2 bedrooms, with private entry from each room. The main bedroom has twin beds or a double bed as preferred and the 2nd bedroom has a single bed. The guestrooms are large comfortable room types. All 13 sleeping units have own entries, are private, yet close to one another & all facilities. All units have bathroom amenities: towels, kettle, cof & tea, freshener, heaters, fans etc & excellent bedding! and is daily serviced.

FINANCES
Prices are given in Euro(e) for standardising purposes, exchange calculations and bank transfers for deposits prior to arrival & general payment purposes. This price is equivalent to our ZAR price at existing rates. Any major currency is accepted, on sight or for transfers, calculated from the Euro package price. Configure what is best for you!

Due to the nature of the event, for the period, 1 June - 11 July 2010, ROY’S LODGE will host only 2 standard accommodation packages for all guests residing here. Breakfast is included in both packages!!

PACKAGE A called the BB Package. Bed & breakfast(B&B) - excluding daily transport or:
PACKAGE B called the BBT Package. B&B & Transport - including daily transport. Required- (see below*).

Indicate clearly which package when reservations are done.

Breakfast 8.00e
Med buffet type:(fresh juice, cereals, fresh fruit, muffins, toast, cheese, fruit/salad,
cold meats, eggs to order, coffee/ tea.

Transport. 30.00e
includes: Airport pickup on 1st day + daily transport to hub/stadium & daily transport from stadium at end of day + airport drop off at end of stay. Tpt will be done in mini buses and will run in the morning from ROY’S LODGE & in the evenings to ROY’S LODGE from /to nearest central hub/stadium for all guests or as may be decided by guests & management, as required. Private transport may be requested at extra own cost.

RESERVATIONS
On making a reservation/enquiry clearly state:

  • BB package or BBT package.Passports will be required on arrival.
  • Date in date out.= How many nights in total required.
  • 50% deposit required to secure booking(on receiving invoice with swift bank detail) balance by end April 2010. The invoice nr must be kept as all your references will be derived from here. Do not pay prior to receiving an invoice!
  • The bank account detail for payments is:
    FIRST NATIONAL BANK(FNB)

    CHEQUE ACCOUNT.
    Bank detail will be supplied on your invoice, with international transfer codes.
  • Your full name, passport number, address and country of permanent residence will be required for bookings & checking in.

  • ROY’S LODGE has game to enjoy on site whilst having a stroll & hike, a fully stocked bar with big screen DSTV & sportsbar, swimming pool, DSTV lounge, dam, etc as explained on www.royslodge.com to keep u entertained. We are a well run long going concern to look after your every need. Much is to be done in &around us incl Menlyn centre
  • 24/7 wireless internet, laundry, menu, safe parking, exchange service, is available aswell.
  • Excellent Staff on duty 0600-2300 everyday for the best attention all day and a after hours help line available. Any special request will be addressed if possible.
