Conferences at Roy's Lodge

Roy's Lodge is an excellent venue for conferencing, seminars, team-building and related activities for various reasons. The carefully designed layout of the Lodge ensures privacy and personal attention to one group at a time.

The Lodge is so close Pretoria & Johannesburg - yet just far enough to break ties with the cities and allow delegates to focus and enjoy the time spent away from the office.

The conference room is part of the main thatch complex, which immediately has aesthetic and practical advantages during winter and summer. Up to 40 delegates in u-shape, and up to 80 delegates in cinema style can be accommodated.

The conference room is equipped with an data projector, white board ad flip chart. Three breakaway rooms and syndicate work areas are available as well.

Office support facilities such as 24/7 Internet conferencing, fax, e-mail and photocopying are available.

The accommodation, dining areas and entertainment areas are all in close proximity, well laid-out, very cosy and functional, making you feel really at home out in the bush.

An excellent variety of cuisine is prepared for our valued delegates - ranging from outdoor traditional, restaurant grills and menus, to our speciality venison dishes. Breakfast (full English) and other meals are served in the restaurant area on the pool deck and in the BOMA, to enhance the occasion.

Conference programmes and packages are all inclusive of accommodation, meals and tea times, conference room and facilities and excursions and activities as per agreement (e.g. horse-riding, Premier game drive, tours & excursions and airport pick-ups).
